COMMENT CAB INTERIOR: Fair. A large chunk is torn off the corner of the seat cushion. Backrest okay but has a few grubby marks. Several segments of the LED dash display are not working. Roof lining intact but grubby. The lower front window has no sealing rubber. Crusty surface rust is developing below the lower front window and on the upper front window frame. Rubber floor mat is in good condition but requires cleaning. The rubber handgrip on the RH joystick has been replaced but is different to the original and has an incorrectly sized thumb switch fitted. There is a small patch of rust bubbling under the paint at the bottom of the rear window. Fuse cover is missing. EXTERIOR PANELS: The LH side radiator access door has a large (400mm x 400mm) shallow dent in the lower rear corner. The RH side hydraulic pump access door has several shallow dents. The remainder of the panels are reasonably straight. No notable rust. Several belly plates are missing from the LH side. The remaining belly plates have all taken knocks to varying degrees the worst one is pushed up by 50mm. Paintwork presentable but faded with usual scrapes at the rear of the counterweight and some peeling where signwriting has been removed. FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Boom and dipper look in typical working condition. Auxiliary hydraulics piped to lower dipper with male and female quick couplers. Wind-lock quick-hitch is also fitted. Unit comes with a 1960mm wide cleaning bucket and a 960mm wide digging bucket. There is minor wear at the boom ram upper eyelets, dipper ram eyelets, crowd relay arm trunion, crowd link eyelets, and crowd ram eyelets. Minor to moderate wear on the dipper / boom junction and quick-hitch / dipper junction. Moderate wear on the boom rams lower eyelets. Moderate to heavy wear on the boom base pin. MECHANICAL: Engine reasonably clean. There is some oil dampness on the starter motor and engine bay floor - this may have been just spilt oil as unable to find any evidence of leaks. Required jumper assistance but started well and ran smoothly. Track and excavator functions operating as expected. The bushes in a RH side lower track roller have collapsed and a bolt has been fitted and bent over to retain one of the chain pins. TRACKS 3740mm long x 600mm wide steel flat tracks. Heavy wear on the sprockets, rollers and chains. Moderate wear on the idlers. Shoes still look reasonable. Chain link height is 90mm.
