COMMENT
OPERATORS AREA: Fair. The seat cushion has several splits and the remains of a seat cover are attached to the outer edge of the backrest. The clear plastic cover over the instruments has extensive light scratches. The paint on the track control levers has flaked off with surface rust becoming established. LH track control lever is bent. EXTERIOR PANELS: Presentable. No rust or significant damage. The RH front panel is dented adjacent to the boom swivel ram and there are several other small dents around the sides. The small access hatch cover on the LH side is sitting askew and the hinge is boken on the rear bonnet. The is a 200mm long split in the plastic fuel tank cover. Paintwork fair - a large area has flaked off on the RH side and usual scrapes at the rear of the counterweight. FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Boom and dipper assembly look in typical working condition. Hydraulic rams clean and dry. Heavy wear on the boom swivel pin and boom ram bottom eyelet. Moderate wear on the boom / dipper junction and dipper / quick-hitch junction. Minor to moderate wear on the boom base pin, boom swivel ram eyelets, crowd relay arm trunion, crowd link eyelets and crowd ram eyelets. There is a hair line crack to the RH side of the boom swivel below the ram mounting point. Minor wear on the boom ram top eyelet and dipper ram eyelets. Includes a quick-hitch and three buckets as pictured. 1400mm cleaning - 570mm digging - 260mm trenching. Auxiliary hydraulics pipied to lower dipper. 1950mm wide blade. MECHANICAL: Engine clean and dry - no visible leaks. Cold started instantly and ran smoothly with clean emission. Track and excavator functions all operating as expected. RH top track roller is shot.
TRACKS
2470mm long x 400mm wide flat tracks with rubber coated shoes. Shoes are well used with several rubbers missing altogether. Heavy wear on top rollers. Moderate wear on spockets, chains and bottom rollers. Minor to moderate wear on idlers.
