| COMMENT CAB INTERIOR: Fair. All the controls and instruments are intact and tidy. There are no floor mats. The operators seat has a small rip on the front of the base. Cabin is work dirty. Both external mirrors are broken. EXTERIOR PANELS: Tidy. All the exterior panels are straight apart from minor surface rust developing on some of the paintwork and the door skin. On the under chassis cross frame the middle flange gussets are bent and the belly plates do have some minor dents. FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Main boom and dipper are visually straight with no fractures apparent. Pivot joints are showing minor movement in the pin eyes. Wedgelock manual quick-hitch is fitted. Bucket is 2055mm wide and the skin is in good condition with minor wear to the cutting edge. MECHANICAL: Engine and transmission work dirty. The engine started and ran as normal with clean emission. All hydraulic cylinders are clean with no sign of oil residue. Overall a tidy machine. TRACKS 4920mm long x 600mm wide flat tracks. Remaining wear: Idlers 70%. Idler adjustment 0%. Top Rollers 30%. Bottom Rollers 20%. Sprockets 25%. Pins and bushes 30%. Chain height 110mm and has edge wear. |
