COMMENT
OPERATORS AREA: Seat base needs to be re-secured. Seat cushion covering is peeling away at the sides. Backrest okay. There are large patches of rust at the top of the ROPS frame and roof panel with a couple of rust holes (15mm) in the roof panel itself. The dash has seen better days - two warning lights removed and the steel surround has a fair amount of surface rust. The rubber boot surrounding the bucket control lever is split. Steering wheel centre cap is missing. The wing mirrors have been removed. Engine stop is now a piece of rope tied to the LH wing mirror mount. EXTERIOR PANELS: Both lower steps have been bashed but are still secure. The rest of the machine is nice and straight. The paintwork is rough with a large number of chips, scratches and surface rust evident on most panels. The paint that is left on the machine is very faded. FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT: The main arms and loader frame look in typical working order. There is notable play in the steering pivot. 1910mm wide bucket with a reasonable cutting edge. Heavy wear in the steering ram eyelets. Minor to moderate wear on the main arm base pins, bucket / main arm junction pins, lift ram eyelets, crowd ram eyelets and crowd link ends. Moderate wear at the crowd relay arm trunion. MECHANICAL: Engine work dirty - no visible oil leaks. Started well but ran roughly until warm - clean exhaust. The brake disc mounted on the front of the transfer case is wet with oil - suspect pinion shaft seal is leaking. There are two hour meters - the one on the dash reads 9630 - the CAT mounted meter on the side of the column reads 3679. Indicator lights on the side of the machine flash constantly.
