COMMENT
CAB INTERIOR: Seat cushion and backrest are in reasonable condition. There are a couple of scratches on the dash guages. Roof lining complete but badly marked - roof light lense is missing. Floor mat is intact but needs securing at the edge. Front window is smashed but still in place. There is a strip of rust along the bottom of the window frame. Track control levers are not sitting flush but this does not affect their operation. In need of a good clean. EXTERIOR PANELS: All panels look straight with only a couple of soft dents. Paintwork faded. The paint at the lower front and LH sides has worn away and been replaced with surface rust. The panel directly behind the cab has a large patch of rust bubbling under the paint. There are a number of chips and scratches over the remainder of the machine with the usual scuffs on the counterweight. FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Fitted with an offset boom, manual quick-hitch and tilting 1640mm wide cleaning bucket. 2390mm wide blade. Boom ram is leaking oil from the seal. Minor wear at the boom ram eyelets, offset boom ram, offset boom link and dipper ram. Minor to moderate wear at the boom / dipper junction and boom base pin. Moderate to heavy wear in the crowd ram eyelets, crowd relay arm trunion, crowd link and dipper / quick-hitch junction. Heavy wear evident in the offset boom pins. Quick-hitch is very sloppy. There is a noise coming from the slew box - slew brake is operational but not 100% effective. MECHANICAL: Engine is grubby in appearance with no visible oil leaks. Cold started and ran well with clean emission. There is a small amount of oil residue on the hydraulic pump and hoses beneath - unable to determine the source.
TRACKS
2680mm long x 600mm wide steel flat tracks. Track bushes feel okay. Moderate to heavy wear on the sprockets. Moderate wear on the idlers and rollers where visible.
