COMMENT
CAB INTERIOR: There are 4 holes in the seat cushion - the largest is 40mm. Headrest missing. There are a couple of light scratches in the dash otherwise it is in good condition. The lower door trim is torn and hanging loose. Several small patches of crusty rust below the rear window. Roof lining is intact but in need of a clean. Floor mat has been removed and surface rust is starting to take hold. Two disconnected wires are hanging loose out of the LH control lever - looks to be the wires for the horn. Cab is in need of a clean. EXTERIOR PANELS: The cab door has taken a couple of light knocks. There are some ugly dents and ripples in the front upper door window frame. The door will not open from the outside - suspect a linkage has popped off. LH rear battery access door has two patches of rust bubbling under the paint and is slightly twisted. RH side pump access door has a large 600mm x 700mm dent and a couple of long deep scratches. RH front step has taken some heavy knocks and has been pushed back by 100mm. A couple of the belly plates have soft dents and one has a 150mm dent. Paintwork is aged and faded. Counterweight has the usual work scuffs. FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Boom and dipper look in typical working condition. RH boom ram is weeping oil from the seal. LH boom ram is clean and dry. Dipper and crowd rams look to be weeping oil very slightly at the seals. Minor wear evident in the dipper ram eyelets, dipper / boom junction, crowd ram eyelets and crowd link. Minor to moderate wear in the boom ram top eyelets. Moderate to heavy wear in the boom ram bottom eyelets. Heavy wear at the boom base pin. A wind-lock quick-hitch is fitted and the unit also comes with a 1800mm wide cleaning bucket. MECHANICAL: Engine work dirty - no visible oil leaks. Required jumper assistance - cold started instantly and ran smoothly with clean emission.
TRACKS
3330mm long x 500mm wide steel flat tracks well worn but still in reasonable condition. Moderate wear on the sprockets and rollers where visible. mInor wear on the idlers. A lip can be felt on the chain bushes.
