| COMMENT OPERATORS AREA: Seat cushion is starting to show signs of fatigue. There are 3 x 30mm splits in the seat and the covering is starting to pull away at the front edge. LH control lever rubber has worn away at the top. RH rubber has a 50mm split and the rubber boot is missing. Floor mat has a couple of splits in it but remains intact. Plastic over the dash area has worn through over one of the warning lights and the digital dash is not working. EXTERIOR PANELS: LH lower panel has several soft dents and the bottom edge does not line up with the front battery cover. 100mm crack in the plastic engine cover. There are a couple of soft dents in the RH side lower panel. The cover over the hydraulic tank filler has broken and half is missing. Plastic grille on the RH side has broken at the bottom and needs resecuring. Paintwork faded with minor work related chips and scratches - counter weight is in good condition with no scuff marks. FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Boom and dipper are in typical working order. Boom ram is clean and dry but the dipper ram is weeping from the seal. Crowd ram has oil residue on it that looks to be coming from the fittings. Minor wear on the dipper ram eyelets, crowd link and crowd relay arm trunion. Minor to moderate wear on the boom ram top eyelet and dipper / quick-hitch junction. Moderate wear on the boom dipper junction. Moderate to heavy wear on the boom swivel, boom ram bottom eyelet, boom base pin and boom swivel ram eyelets. The wind-lock quick-hitch is sloppy. The unit comes with a 1145mm wide cleaning bucket, 695mm digging bucket, 295mm clay spade and a 2000mm wide blade. MECHANICAL: Engine is reasonably clean with no visible oil leaks. Required jumper assistance and once warm, ran smoothly with clean emission. TRACKS 2470mm long x 400mm wide well worn steel tracks. Minor wear on the top rollers and idlers. Moderate wear on the sprockets - where visible the bottom rollers and chains & bushes look to have moderate to heavy wear. |
