| COMMENT OPERATORS AREA: Seat cushion has 2 x 30mm splits and is covered with a small amount of paint splatter. Backrest has 1 x 20mm split and the covering is coming away at the top. There are some light scratches on the clear plastic covering the guages. Floor mat is okay apart from the front edge which has started to perish. There are small patches of surface rust on the ROPS framing. EXTERIOR PANELS: Front lower LH panel has been dented in by 20mm - 3 dents in the lower side panel 3 to 5mm deep. LH side upper plastic corner panel has a 400mm long crack next to the mounting point. Engine cover has a 100mm long star shaped crack. RH panels have a couple of large soft dents. Paintwork has faded with minor scuff marks around the sides and counterweight. A large portion of paint has flaked off the RH side cover leaving yellow plastic showing. FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Boom and dipper look in typical working condition. Hyd rams clean and dry. Minor wear in the boom / dipper junction and dipper ram eyelets. Minor to moderate wear on the crowd ram eyelets, crowd link and crowd relay arm fulcrum. Moderate wear to the boom base pin, boom ram top eyelet and boom swivel ram eyelets. Moderate to heavy wear on the boom ram bottom eyelet. Heavy wear on the boom swivel and quick-hitch / dipper junction. Unit comes with a wind-lock quick-hitch, 285mm trenching bucket and a 1545mm wide blade. MECHANICAL: Engine is reasonably clean with no visible oil leaks - cold started well and ran smoothly with clean emission. Hydraulic pump looks nice and dry. TRACKS 2120 long x 300mm wide steel tracks with rubber shoes. Shoes are well worn with 1 missing and several others having the rubber ends broken. Moderate wear on the top rollers, sprockets and idlers. Bottom rollers not viewed but chain bushes feel ok. |
