| COMMENT CAB INTERIOR: Tidy. There are a couple of 100mm splits in the top layer of the drivers seat cushion covering - backrest okay. Passengers seat upholstery is in reasonable repair but fairly grubby. Dash, centre console and glove compartment all in tidy condition - a few light scuff marks on the parcel tray. Overhead console, roof lining and rear wall lining also tidy - just a few grubby marks. There are a couple of plastic screw covers missing from the L/H door lining - R/H door lining good. Floor mats complete but overdue for a clean. CAB EXTERIOR: Tidy. The plastic trims are missing from the front of the windows on both doors. There are a couple of small shallow dents in the L/H rear corner panel and upper part of the drivers door. The front bumper has suffered a knock resulting in a crease on the L/H side. Further minor dent in the R/H front corner panel. Paintwork fair - a little faded with usual stone chips on the front panel and some scuffs and scratches on the L/H front corner. BODY: 3300mm long steel tip deck with 370mm high hinged, removable sides. SRUB hoist. Top swing, cantilever latch tailgate. The deck floor is basically sound but has seen a fair bit of hard work with 30mm undulations between supports. The cladding and framework of the sides and tailgate has numerous small dents but is still in sound condition. The deck is a 3-way tipper. There is a fault with the 3-way tip selector. The deck will only tip to the R/H side. Suspect that there is a cable problem with the selector mechanism in the cab as one of the cables is half pulled out - will require further investigation. MECHANICAL: Engine road dirty - no visible leaks. Cold started immediately with minor white smoke but cleared quickly and ran smoothly with clean emission once warm. There are a couple of dents in the fuel tank. TYRES 225/90R17.5. Front - Virgins with 60% remaining tread. Rear - Recaps 50%. |
