COMMENT CAB INTERIOR: Tidy. The vinyl upholstery on the seat cushion is in good condition - several splits in the backrest. The roof lining is complete but sagging. The upper front window has a 15mm bullet hole. R/H lower front window has several large cracks and the L/H cab door upper window is smashed but still intact. Dash, instruments and controls all tidy. There is some play evident in the steering column. Generally presentable inside but due for a clean. EXTERIOR PANELS: Very tidy - no notable rust or damage. The R/H cab step is missing and the L/H step has taken a knock and been repaired with a home made hang-down step now attached. No notable rust. Paintwork is a little faded but generally tidy with usual wear and scratches around work affected areas. FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Machine superstructure and blade carriage look in typical working condition. Minor wear evident on the blade angle ram eyelets, wheel lean ram eyelets, tie rod ends, steering ram eyelets and R/H king pin. Minor to moderate wear on the blade carriage side-shift ram ball end and L/H king pin. Moderate to heavy wear on the L/H lift ram yoke and both lift ram ball ends. Heavy wear on the R/H lift ram yoke and blade side-shift ram eyelets. 3650mm wide blade with a two piece cutting edge. There is a ripper / scarifier mounted on 4 point linkage at the rear. There are 5 ripper sleeves and nine scarifier sleeves but no rippers or scarifier tynes present. The web between the bottom arms of the four point linkage has an 800mm long crack and an area at the base of the hydraulic ram has rusted through and looks to be leaking oil. MECHANICAL: Engine work dirty. The L/H side of the engine block and lower compressor are covered with black oil residue - this however may have come from when the oil filter was changed as there are no obvious leaks evident. The R/H side of the engine is covered with black soot which looks to be coming from where the stainless steel muffler is clamped onto the exhaust manifold. Cold started well and ran smoothly with clean emission. The bottom of the L/H main hydraulic control bank is wet with oil. A hydraulic line on the L/H side of the machine is disconnected this looks to have been left in place as there is a new black hydraulic line fitted which has been cable tied to the existing lines. TYRES 14.00R24 Bridgestones. Front tyres excellent - 20mm remaining tread. Second axle - L/H 15mm remaining tread, R/H 10mm. Third axle - L/H 15mm, R/H 8mm.
