| COMMENT CAB INTERIOR: Fair. There is a large chunk torn out of the side of the drivers seat cushion - backrest and passenger seat upholstery okay. There is a 100mm tear in the centre seat backrest. Dash and instrument area presentable however the vinyl covering the parcel tray and centre console has been fatigued by the sun with several large areas having now peeled off. Roof lining complete. The rear wall lining is intact but very grubby and has a number of tears and small holes. Both door linings have seen better days. The armrest has worn through on the R/H one and a vent cover and ashtray are missing. The ashtray is also missing from the L/H door lining and the lining itself has been re-secured with some exposed screws. The drivers floor mat has been removed and replaced with a rubber mat which is now torn and tatty - passenger side floor mat not too bad. Some mould has been cleaned off leaving large dark stained areas on the rear wall lining and side wall linings. CAB EXTERIOR: Very tidy with no notable rust or damage. There are four screw holes and a wire hole where an aerial bracket has been removed from the R/H side panel. Paintwork is in good condition - just a few stone chips on the front panel. Fitted with an aluminum bumper bar which has had some previous weld repairs and scuff marks at the ends. BODY: 4430mm long aluminum tip deck with 850mm high fixed sides - radius corners. BFOB hoist. Top swing, air latch tailgate. A 3500mm long section of the deck skin has been over-plated and this plate has worn through in several places leaving holes where the original deck skin underneath can be seen. Several of the topper board mounts are broken. R/H topper board good - L/H will need to be replaced soon. The L/H upper corner of the deck side has taken heavy knock which has split the aluminum (160mm long). Tailgate has had previous weld repairs and the ladder on the outside is bent. Deck floor undulates 30mm between supports. MECHANICAL: Engine reasonably clean - no visible leaks. Cold started well and ran smoothly with clean emission both hot and cold. There is a rattle coming from the exhaust. TYRES Front - 295/80R22.5 virgin radials with 25% remaining tread. Rear - 11R22.5 recaps with 40 to 50 % remaining tread all round. |
