| COMMENT CAB INTERIOR: The vinyl upholstery on both the drivers and passengers seats is in good condition. The drivers seat and passengers seat cushion have been recovered with brown upholstery. The passengers seat backrest is grey vinyl and still original. Dash, centre console, parcel tray and glove compartment all tidy - just one knob missing from the heater controls and could do with a clean. Roof lining is in good condition but has some grubby marks. Rear wall lining presentable. The drivers door lining has several small cuts and needs to be re-secured. LH door lining good. The drivers floor mats are completely worn through to the metal - remaining floor mats are okay but there is a 300mm long split on the passengers side. CAB EXTERIOR: Tidy - no notable rust or damage. The drivers plastic step is broken and there is a slight twist in the LH end of the front bumper. Paintwork generally good - a few stone chips on the front panel and the lower doors. BODY: 3550mm long steel flatdeck with 320mm high hinged sides. Deck skin is in reasonable repair - minor undulations between cross members and some rust pitting in places. Some large strips of crusty surface rust along the bottom edges of the sides would benefit from a clean up and paint. MECHANICAL: Engine road dirty - minor oil dampness at the sump joint. Cold started well but ran rough for a period with some white smoke evident. Smoke emission cleared up and ran smoothly once warm. TYRES Front - 225/75R15 virgins. Rear - 7.00R15 recaps. Remaining tread: Front-75%, RH-50%. Rear-75% both sides. |
