COMMENT CAB INTERIOR: Fair. There is an 80mm tear in the front of the seat cushion - backrest okay apart from a few oil stains. Instrument panel and controls tidy. One half of the steering wheel centre cap is missing. The thumb switch from the handbrake lever is missing. Roof lining tidy but sagging. Painted metal areas generally good - no notable rust apart from some minor surface rust on the inner face of the LH front corner post. There is a large star crack at the bottom of the LH side window - remaining windows and window rubbers good. There are the remains of a radio lying beside the operators seat, which has some fairly crude looking wiring attached. Floor mats complete but very dirty. Overdue for an interior clean. EXTERIOR PANELS: Tidy. No notable rust or damage apart from a couple of minor wavers in the trim panel immediately below the rear radiator grille. Paintwork aged and faded with numerous large areas of peeling and surface rust becoming established. Usual wear around work effected areas. FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT: The machine superstructure and blade carriage look in typical working condition. Moderate wear (3mm of play) on the LH lift ram trunion and trunion yoke. Moderate wear on the RH lift ram trunion. Heavy wear on the RH lift ram trunion yoke. Moderate wear on the lift ram ball ends, blade side-shift ram eyelets, scarifier swing arms trunion, scarifier lift link ball ends and carriage side-shift ram LH ball end. Minor wear on the scarifier lift arm trunions and lift ram eyelets. Little of no detectable wear in the steering ram eyelets, steering tie rod and front wheel lean pivots. Moderate to heavy wear (5 to 6mm of play) in the main chassis pivot and chassis steering ram eyelets. Minor to moderate wear on the blade tilt ram eyelets. 4250mm wide blade with a reasonable two piece cutting edge. MECHANICAL: Engine reasonably clean. Some minor oil dampness around the forward end of the sump gasket and where the dipstick tube connects to the RH side of the block. Cold started instantly and ran smoothly with clean emission. Forward and reverse connected up as expected. There is a notable oil leak on the clutch master cylinder. Machine generally appears a reasonable runner in typical working condition for its age. Would benefit greatly from a fresh coat of paint. TYRES 14.00R24. Four virgins and two recaps. Casings sound but tread low all round - 5 to 10% remaining.
